Rejab, 46, holds a Bachelor of Electronic & Electrical Engineering (BEng) from University College London (UCL) and Master of Applied Statistics from University Malaya (UM).

Rejab was appointed as the covering CEO of Credence effective 17 October 2023 to lead the Credence team in spearheading TM technology and digital innovations. Before his appointment, he held the position of Senior Vice President (SVP) Cloud Services in Credence from 15 July 2023. Prior to Credence between 2019-2023, he led the product development and management for various product portfolios in TM One, driving digital transformation for B2B, related to Networking, Fixed & Wireless/Mobile Connectivity, Data Center, Cloud Computing, IoT Solutions and Cybersecurity.

Rejab has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry that includes engineering, operations, network strategy and development, project management, marketing strategy and planning, product development and management. 

He led several successful key projects in TM namely Streamyx nationwide expansion between 2005-2008, High Speed Broadband (HSBB) Planning and Go-To-Market (GTM) between 2008-2010, Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) and several legacy network migrations and transformation to HSBB network between 2010-2012. Rejab was also instrumental in Long Term Evolution (LTE) network rollout project from 2013-2018, where webe achieved 70% population coverage within 2 years.

His recent achievements with TM include the growth and expansion of Hyperscale Data Center and the setting up of Cloud Alpha, which become the Cloud for the government under the MyDIGITAL initiative to transform Malaysia into a high-income nation that is focused on digitalisation and become a regional pioneer in digital economy.

Rejab also sits on the board of several subsidiaries under TM Group such as Vads Lyfe Sdn Bhd, Telekom Applied Business Sdn Bhd, Lyfe Medini Sdn Bhd and Inneonusa Sdn Bhd.
